Hands down, this place is indeed very clean, spacious, high tech, and luxurious. Ma'am Eva is also very kind, lovely, and humble. Totally worth every single centavo. Also has a complimentary foods inside the unit! 😊❤️ I definitely recommend this place! 👏

Very nice, definitely coming back. Would recommend to anyone that has the opportunity to go. Home away from home with a lot better views! Rooftop is breathtaking.

We chose this location for meeting family from Cebu. It’s close to Ayala Mall, IT Park, and Central Bloc. Traffic can be intense at 5pm commute hour. We advise to not travel at this time in Ayala Mall area. What takes 5-10 min to condo took 1-1.5 hours in traffic upon getting a Grab. There’s a few good places to eat just around the corner on same side of street, a convenience store & laundry. We had Kanyoen Yakiniku for Japanese BBQ & Noy’s Yellow Chicken for takeout. Everything in the condo is as listed. It’s clean, AC units kept us cool & interior is nicely designed. However, we came across a water leak in hallway bathroom toilet, small ants looking for scraps, a couple roaches & a baby lizard (common in Philippines). We mentioned these to our host, but she was a little slow to respond and resolve. We were mostly comfortable, but I am not sure we would stay here again, because of miscommunication w/ Eva. It’s always fun in the Philippines; choose your own adventure. Cheers!
