A beautiful house in a quiet tennis village in Nosara. The place is spotless and incredibly decorated with style and comfort. The kitchen is great for cooking and the pool is a nice complement when you don’t want to go to the beach. Highly recommend this for a family or anyone who wants tennis in their vacation. Only fallout is you’ll need a car, atv or golf cart to get around the local area as you’ll need to access the main road to to get to “town”. Paul and Eduardo were great hosts for this villa and you’ll have a real concierge for the trip. Pura Vida!

Paul was a wonderful host! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! The house was better than the pictures! We enjoyed hosting gatherings with our family in the open living room and swimming in the pool! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal, plenty of linens and towels, AND they even provided tide to do our laundry in the laundry room! Thank you for making it so easy to spend the week in Nosara! We will be back!

Casa Arcilla is a hidden gem! What a stunning home; what an incredible host. My family of five was beyond thankful to stay here: the entire house in brand new, the pool and outdoor patio are perfect under gorgeous Guanacaste trees, each room feels like an oasis with tall windows highlighting the gorgeous green jungle, the kitchen and bathrooms are state of the art, and its location is far enough away from the noise of Nosara to feel peaceful, but close enough to pop into a restaurant or surf at playa Guiones any time of day. Paul, the host, is an affable and responsive property manager. He has excellent communication, fluent in English, very knowledgeable about Nosara and has helpful suggestions for activities in the area. I really can’t say enough about this property. It will not disappoint! We hope to return soon, hopefully before the secret is out about this exquisite home.
