It is a great house for a week stay. At our arrival we were surprised with chocolate eggs (easter), truffle, olive oil and oranges. The house is mostly on one floor with two rooms including bathrooms, a toilet, the kitchen, living room and laundry room. On the upper floor there are two additional bedrooms which also include bathrooms. The only „bad“ thing about the house was, that the pool isn‘t heated, but it‘s still good for a little cooling during sunny days. The surrounding houses were mostly empty, as the neighboring are also rentable for holidays. There are a lot of things to do in this region, as it‘s near national parks in the mountains, two beautiful waterfalls within 15 minutes driving distance, or gorgeous villages as Piran, Plovinja or Izola. So a car is absolutely mandatory, but with cheap fuel prices and a parking lot for at least 3 cars, its a win. The owners were very kind and answered almost instantly to any of our questions. It is worth the price. See you next time✌🏻

Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Die Gastgeberin hat bei jedem Anliegen sofort geantwortet und sich darum gekümmert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren eine Woche im September zu Besuch in dem Haus. Es war wunderbar ! Carmen hat uns liebevolle Gastgeschenke vorbereitet, so dass man sich sofort wohl gefühlt hat. Es war sehr sauber und das Haus ist neu und wunderschön. Man ist schnell in Triest und Rovinj oder in Omag oder Buje am Strand. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich Top, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Carmen ist super freundlich und man kann ihr jederzeit schreiben. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!!

A very nice and comfortable new villa with a pool, equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation away from home. Situated in a tranquil area, it served as an ideal base for exploring both the coastal and inland parts of Istria. The spacious and well-appointed living, dining, and kitchen area, along with the four bedrooms – each having en-suite bathrooms (excellent water pressure in the walk in showers) – were greatly appreciated by our two families, providing the privacy we desired. The atmosphere was refreshing, clean, and uncluttered, creating a welcoming environment to come back to after a day at the beach or exploring the sights. The air conditioning and internet worked very well. The hosts were exceptionally kind, friendly, and respectful, promptly addressing any requests. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gifts upon arrival and during our stay. The ample private parking area was also a bonus.
