Wunderschönes Apartment in der Altstadt von Pisa. Sehr netter Gastgeber und Reinigungspersonal. Gute Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war sehr sauber.

Apartment is in great location and walkable to Pisa tower. Host was very accommodating and allowed us to keep the luggages ahead of our check in time. Host was very kind to book our taxi to the airport. We felt welcomed and highly recommend this place.

Tito’s place was great, spacious and clean. We did not know when we booked it that we would have to send our passport information through a website called Vikey, and we were uncomfortable with that. Also, it was extremely hot in Pisa when we were there, and the air conditioning did not ever cool off the apartment enough. We understand that it was hotter than normal, so I am sure that is not the case for most guests. Other than these 2 minor problems, our stay was good.

The apartment is very new, nicely done and in a great location (away from busy streets but literally around the corner from plenty of great restaurants - we loved to stroll around the center!). Tito was very responsive and accommodating. My only feedback is that the check-in process is unnecessarily complicated. First you have to fill out a long form that requires you to upload pictures of yourself and your passports (apparently required by the city) and then you have to use an app every time you need to unlock the front door. Something to keep in mind if you’re traveling for abroad and don’t have Wi-Fi access.
