This was a great place to stay. Had everything that we needed within a 10 min walk, and was a great house for a weekend!

Safety issue - property unable to be locked up. No key for the rear/side door so couldn't lock it when we left. Had toddlers that can open doors so we couldn't even keep them inside & safe. Called the Head hotel to get this amended ASAP. Our concerns fell on deaf ears. They said they would call the owner to find keys & call back, they didn't call back. I called again, said they would get a locksmith out to get a key for it. No call back, no locksmith. We had to barracked the door closed with a table. Had to lock away all our goods in our cars. I am sure airbnb's insurance policy would be null and void if they found out you couldn't even lock up the property. Additionally, the cleaners were still there at 2:35pm which is 35mins past our check in time. We were punted between the hotel and the property trying to check in. Had to stand in the yard past our check in time. Lights in the bedroom didn't work. Oven had no shelves in it so you couldn't use it. Provided 1 key for a property that

Space was great for large group. Same as advertised. Great yard for kids to run around. Plenty of parking for three cars and three trailers. Table tennis great. Less than five minutes walk to great view, and fantastic Heads Hotel. Unfortunately only one working pool cue but we managed with one. Marked down unfortunately due to delayed check in by almost 2 hours and not clean in parts of the house. Also needed a few more instructions on how to use things like WiFi, Tv, and check out requirements.

We had a great time at The Renown House. It’s a big house with a cute good size backyard. (No proper lighting) Short distance to the beach and grocery stores. Some of the bed sheets had hair and used tissues. Towels were available but not enough. The fridge and oven were not much affective. Kitchen is fully equipped I can say, everything was available. There’s even a dishwasher that we’ve used. Recommended for sure!
