Such a lovely place for our month stay in Medellin. The place has everything you need to be comfortable and is close to everything without being in the thick of things. Highly recommend and definitely would return next time we’re in Medellin!

An awesome stay in Medellin! I was skeptical since the place only had one 'not-so-great' review but I booked it anyway and I'm happy we did. The place is within walking distance (15min) of Provenza, where all the restaurants and bars are. It's also a 5 min (uphill) walk to my favorite supermarket, Carulla. It has 3 bedrooms plus 1 office room with a comfortable office chair. It also has a built-in wall desk in the hallway with another office chair. (right where the router is) The main room has its own bathroom while the other two share a small one. The internet is incredibly fast. Download speeds of around 120 mbps on wifi. We had guests for dinners (not parties) and that was never a problem. There's a doorman 24/7 and they are super friendly! They put your deliveries in the elevator so you don't have to go down and get them. We also had a few requests and Monica was quick and very responsive. We ended up extending 1 month since we enjoyed it so much! Thank you so much :)

Building residents are totally against Airbnb’s. If you are planning on having any guests while you are there for the month you might want to find another place. We told the host we were remodeling our place in Medellin and needed a place we can stay and work. She was quick to book the place and said it wouldn’t be a problem. The very first day we had complains about guests… not noise, not parties but day time guests…. Ended up losing money and time having to find another place. Not worth it. Plenty of other places to stay.
