We were in Idaho Falls over Christmas break to see our daughter. The hosts thoughtfully had a small tree set up so it felt Christmassy in the apartment. Everything was clean and bright. It was a great situation for us and we would stay again.

Chad and Nicole were very sweet and attentive hosts without being overbearing. We had an extended stay with our pets, so we were worried initially about coming during the transition from fall to winter. But the hosts keeps the walkways free of leaves and snow so it was a little touch we didn’t expect that went a long way for us. The home was decorated for fall when we arrived, and when December rolled around they brought a cute little Christmas tree for us to put up as well. Very thoughtful, and responded quickly to questions throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend for others doing an extended stay. Much cozier than a hotel.

I stayed in this unit for just about 6 weeks. From the very beginning, chase and Nicole were very accommodating and welcoming. Nicole happened to be at the unit when I arrived and even assisted me in getting my stuff to the unit. There were dog treats and a bed waiting for my pups as well as cookies for my husband and I. It was a great gesture. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately. My dogs, unfortunately, broke the blinds in the unit. I alerted Nicole, who was very understanding; and even told me where I could buy replacement blinds. The falls, great restaurants, and even a nice dog park are super close. The area is very quiet. I would definitely rent from them again.

Everything in the place was very clean and very new. The large TV was a plus, and the location was great!
