Second time staying here. As usual we loved it. Everything that is needed is there. So nice to have options with the games, tons of books, tvs in every room, fire pit in the back. Local eateries all close by as well. We cooked some nights and others ordered in. Great quiet neighborhood.

JP's place is great. It is very family friendly, comfortable and super clean. Our family will plan to use this place again on our next visit to TN.

One of the best places we've stayed. The house was super clean and so well prepared for guests (toiletries, snack basket, special drinks, s'mores kit, games, and on and on)! Highly recommend.
