Honest review would be. -Good location to get around to either coast. (Noisy main road but didn’t bother me) -House needs serious work to it a lot of rising damp on the walls (photos on site hid this) - Kitchen fairly tidy and all equipment needed was there -Garden needed mowing badly so couldn’t really sit out on it -Beds far too hard to have good nights sleep for me. - sold sign out the front of house which might make sense as to why certain things wasn’t upto scratch to match reviews read previous to my stay. -loads of dehumidifiers around but not one been emptied in a while or refilled All in all wouldn’t stay here again, better spending money elsewhere

Great little well kept house in a quiet location with good acess to all parts of Cornwall. Beautiful garden and pet friendly. Would definitely recommend.

This place was perfectly located for us to explore most of Cornwall and it's coastline. The nearest beaches were only a 15 minutes drive away, we even visited Lands End, Lizard and Kynance Cove which were all only around 50mins in the car. The kids and the dog loved the huge enclosed garden, and collecting apples off the tree! The washing machine and dryer were also a welcome addition after all of our beach days. Luke was very responsive to any questions we had, and his welcome messages were so detailed/informative. The kids loved the park just down the road, and the local shop just a couple of minutes away was well stocked. A couple of small things, there was a particularly strong smell of damp, although they are old cottages so I'm unsure how much can be done about that. Also it would help if there was a coffee table or a couple of small side tables as there was nowhere to put drinks when sitting on the sofa. Other than that, it was ideally located for our week in Cornwall
