Comfortable apartment with absolutely amazing views from the balcony (it is really nice to spend time there in the summer evenings). Quite close to the downtown, and there are a few convenience stores nearby. Overall, we had a very good stay there.

Thanks Karina. Was a great place to stay with the family and to explore Yerevan and beyond from. The views are truly to die for, and the swimming pool was a huge hit given it was 40+ degrees in Yerevan the week we were there!

The place is amazing all around. It is very cosy and his beautiful views . The development is brand-new and located perfectly away from the noise of the city Centre. Yet, just close enough to get to the city. A beautiful swimming pool, playground and all around the clock security as part of the development. The host , Karina is beyond attentive, accommodating and helpful . My stay there was a superb experience all around.
