This house was modern and kitchen view out to pool/dock was beautiful. Matt was very responsive and helpful. However the property description and pictures advertised a spa/hot tub and it was not working and filled in with dirt. This was disappointing as it was one of our requirements in our criteria for our Dec vacation. Besides the hot tub miss, the property was fantastic.

Great location and cozy home to Spend a family vacation at. The showers were a little weird and the lights in the master bathroom flickered/need to be rewired. But overall we had a great stay here.

Our stay was wonderful in every aspect! Great house with a beautiful pool and setting! The kitchen was excellent, the BBQ perfect and everything was exceptional. Matt was extremely responsive and I highly recommend this property if you want to have a special time with your family in Marco Island where you can enjoy the beach, and the restaurants or just stay at the house and savor the pool, view and sunsets! Nice quiet place with lots of space and the pool. Our kiddo was happy. Shops and beach in 5-7 mins drive. We loved this place.

Beautiful waterfront property! Great amenities but unfortunately the hot tub was in disrepair. The owner did do his best to make it right by us. Plenty of space for the family and the sunset view was spectacular. We did let the host know upon checkout of a couple of instances of bugs in the kitchen, but the host has yet to respond. Overall, it was a great place and great location.
