Beautiful accommodations with peaceful outdoor area to sit and have my coffee and listen to the birds. Close to family and great friendly neighborhood. Sybil was friendly and a wonderful host. Would stay here again.

The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and warm individuals. The quarters are well equipped and comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe and provided ample opportunities for lovely walks and hikes. I loved staying in this place and plan to return next time i am in Tucson. I highly recommend this guest house.

Sybil's place is a gem of a find for a couple looking for cozy, peaceful accomodations in Tucson near great outdoor recreation like the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area (less than 10 minutes away by car--highly recommend visiting this wonderful hiking area) and Mt. Lemmon. Sybil herself is also a gem. She was friendly, responsive, and very welcoming and accomodating with all of our questions. The place you'll stay in is well-appointed and has everything you'd need for a relaxing retreat, including nice AC in each room. The sitting room/kitchenette area is quite small, but you didn't come to Tucson to sit inside anyway, so step outside the sliding glass door and take in the beauty of the outdoors and the serene pool area. And don't forget to walk up to the hillside shrine above her place at least once during your trip to take in the views and maybe a sunset. Spectacular. Can't say enough positives abot Sybil and our stay at her place. Perfect for our empty nesting needs. Thank you, Sybil!

We absolutely loved Sybil's place. The pool view and scenery were amazing! She was a great communicator. The place had everything you need in the kitchen and the bathroom. She came out and met us and was a joy to talk with. We enjoyed talking to Joe also. We were tired from flights and enjoyed a day just sitting by the pool and soaking in the sun a d fragrances of spring.
