We visited to ride the Square to Square event. The house was located across the street from a mountain bike trail and a short distance from a paved trail for our road bikes. It was far enough out of the city for the country feel but close enough to drive to stores and restaurants. We had a great time enjoying a fire in the fire pit. We would rent it again but bring our mountain bikes next time.

Best choice for sure. Everything was as described, clean, easy and cozy. My next visit to Bentonville I’ll check this place again for sure. If you are visiting Bentonville for biking, the back 40 trail is just across the street. We checked in at 4 pm and I went for a 15mi ride and got home before sunset. It is almost unbelievable how nice it is.

Our stay was just wonderful! I love that it is a little bit out of all the busy of the city but still about 10 minutes from everything! Super easy drive. And with a trail head right across the street still has walkable things to do! The place was clean other than a few bugs that’s to be expected in its location! My husband brought our 4 kids (2,4,6 and 8) and the space worked perfect! It was so fun and special. We did a puzzle in the little front window area which was a perfect space. We had a fire pit back with s’mores one night and caught fireflies which was magical. We made most of our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice to do laundry there and they were fully stocked on supplies. The house is very nicely remodeled and felt great to be in! Our only negative was the water did smell gross, like boiled eggs…so if that was fixed it would be very nice!

Loved our stay in Bentonville! We enjoyed the peace and quiet surroundings. Mountain bike and hiking trails were fantastic! This home had the serenity of the country side with the convenience of restaurants and shops nearby. Highlight was the ambiance of the indoor and outdoor fire options. I would definitely recommend to other travelers and would visit again.
