Pretty good place, Robert and his team were extremely communicative and helpful. Good area that is close to the Path to NYC and lots of restaurants. It is also conveniently located right next to a grocery store. There are a few issues that prevent me from giving a 5 star review: - The sink in the kitchen was very slow to drain. We made sure not to put any food down the sink too. Easily fixable. - As per a previous review, the water in the shower is either cold or very hot. Not much of an in-between. The upside is you will never run out of hot water. Probably fixable. - There were times where the hallway outside the apartment smelled very bad. This would sometimes leak into the apartment. Not sure how fixable this is. - The chairs were very flimsy and one of them broke while my friend was sitting on it. Also very fixable.

For the price, it is really good. The furnitures and amenities may be bare minimum, and the basement that holds the laundry machines might be a bit scary, but consider the price, it is really unbeatable.

All window blinds are not long enough to cover the windows for privacy and sunlight since 5am. The host put broken sofa bed and dirty old not working air bed in, we didn’t have enough bed for sleep. Shower faucet is not installed properly, shower water is only too hot or too cold, can’t change to warm. I did tell the host about all problem but they responded “ we will send problem to maintainance team”. The space smells like mold and stinky. Yes floor and pain look new but the rest is terrible, you can’t say your space is “ luxury”.

We had a rough start at this Airbnb—our code wouldn’t work so we were locked out for close to 2 hours at night with little kids, we lost electricity on day 2, and the bathtub had no stopper. That said, Robert’s staff was always immediately responsive (literally within minutes) and tried their best to fix our problems ASAP. We are a family of 4 staying here for over 2 weeks, and eventually we found a rhythm. There is an amazing playground just steps away which is great for kids. Also awesome restaurants nearby. That said, I’m not sure I’d recommend the place for more than a few nights unless they put in some dressers or drawers, and update the photos to show such. For whatever reason there was no place to put any of our clothes. No dressers or shelves and no hangers in the closet. We were able to get hangers but needed to put our clothes in piles on the floor the whole time. Lastly, the art is—for some reason—landscape images in the wrong orientation. That felt off.
