Great communication from the host, including meet and greet from hosts' family upon arrival. Place exactly as described with clear instructions on the nuances of the place usage. Comfortable location in Perama if you need to stay next to the shipyard. Some uphill walk required to get there from the bus station. Good proximity to supermarket (literally around the corner) and 5 mins to the restaurants area.

This is a clean, very quiet, comfortable, extremely well equiped apartment. It really feels like a home away from home. Nikol is very kind and open. Greek hospitality at it's very best. Perama isnt a tourist destination yet. But if you would like to escape Greek touristlandia it is a friendly, safe, fascinating place to visit. Especially if you like boats. No inflated tourist prices here. Fabulous market just outside the door on Thursdays. Salamina island 30 munutes from your door. It cost us 9 euro for 3 people and a car on the ferry. Beautiful beaches and forests there. Amazing tavernss and food. I hope we will be back soon. Thank you, Nikol, for your xenophilia. And your very patient sister too!

perfect location to stay, in case you have to work in the Perama Shipyards ... Nicole was very reactive and I had no problems at all ... Probably I'll go there again in the next future for eorking reasons ...

Nikol’s place was perfect for us. We were working on our boat in Perema and it was an easy walk every morning. The apartment is close to an excellent restaurant, coffee shops and supermarkets. The apartment was really clean and well equipped, Nikol even changed our sheets and towels. Overall great apartment and great host.
