If you have kids or a dog, this place is amazing! Tons of games and even had the kid room have a hard flooring instead of carpet. Kitchen well stocked with everything from sippy cups to tons of kid plates and sharp knives for cooking! We found the house clean with some minor dog hair. Extra safety gates for kids. Very comfy beds! (Firm, but soft). The kid kayaks and paddle boards got plenty of use from us! Tons of sand to play in (maybe add sand toys but we’ll bring our own next year). we used the hose to wash off sand before entering the house. Water was WARM even in early May when air was cold! Plenty of extra blankets! We would definitely return! Access to the dock can be a little challenging if you have physical limitations. But the dock was lovely! The steps to get in and out were easy for my mom to use (she’s had 2 hip replacements.) so she was able to enjoy the water (she cant get in via beach access due to sand). We loved jumping off dock into the 6 ft deep water!

The home was nice and clean. Also easy accessto the lake was nice for kayaking/paddle boarding. But when we checked in the AC didn't work and wasn't fixed until the next day. Communication was slow to respond and unclear when it would be fixed. We were told someone would be out the first time we contacted and no one showed up until the next day.

Nice house. With large rooms and clean Homes close by and was a bit disappointed that we couldn’t use the deck. The furniture by the water was broken. We had a nice time, but not our best experience.

It was a great place to meet up with family for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our time at Lake Anna. Location was good and the house was well kept.
