The property itself was a true gem, nestled in the heart of Brunswick and close to St Simons Island. The accommodations were immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully curated for comfort and convenience. From the cozy bed to the well-equipped kitchenette, we felt right at home. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding hospitality of the host. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Whether it was offering valuable local tips, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything. In addition to the wonderful accommodations and hospitality, the location of the Airbnb was ideal for exploring St Simons and Jekyll. I will definitely stay at this Airbnb again when I am back visiting St Simons.

Thanh went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. From the cozy amenities to the thoughtful touches throughout the accommodation, it was evident that they truly care about their guests' experience. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it made our stay feel like a home away from home. The house itself was a haven of comfort and style. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with a perfect balance of modern flair and charming accents, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Thanh's place to travellers.

Thanh's house in Brunswick was perfect - it was priced reasonably and quite comfortable to stay in. Something to note for others is that the road it is on is a somewhat big thoroughfare between other major highways, so you can hear sirens in the kitchen or living room. However, I never heard sirens from the bedrooms, so we slept wonderfully. Additionally, the pictures do look brighter than reality- but the pictures are not deceptive; just be prepared for a realistic home, not a "repainted reno". There are also 3 different types of beds- which is kind of amazing if you are a bit picky about a softer or more firm mattress. We did not realize the "house" is split with another unit, so that was some surprise, but it was never an issue for us, nor our neighbors that we could tell. Overall, the location and value were the best parts, and I would honestly stay here again.

-mold in the bathroom -rusted exhaust fans -bathroom exhaust fan was filthy -garbage left from previous renters; gum stuck on lamp and tissues on the floor in one of the bedrooms -felt it was not cleaned or sanitized per the listing description -no extra sheets were provided, when asked for another set, the incorrect size was brought -broken windows in the back -the front entry was dirty and had spider webs and wasps nests -no written instructions on garbage pick up -no cleaning products besides dawn -renters next door had a pet but stated they did not have to pay a pet fee, when I did -beds uncomfortable Good for a two or three night stay, but any more than that, I would look else where. A pro is, it was easy to get to St. Simons Island and the beaches.
