This is a versatile location with lots to offer. This home is situated on a beautiful river with views of the marsh and islands and the most spectacular sunrise that varies in colors every morning, seen right outside your windows. Or step outside and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature all around. Enjoy fishing or swinging on the dock or swaying in the breeze on a hammock hanging between oak trees. The Sunrise Suite is a private 2000 square feet unit that is on the second floor, and accessed through an outdoor separate entrance. This open floor plan has a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, dining space, sitting area/game area stocked with games and puzzles, a pool table, foosball table, musical instruments, and full-length windows to enjoy the beautiful view while you curl up to read your favorite book, or spend some time writing your next novel in a clean, organized, well lit room overlooking nature. There's plenty of space for your guests to all be together and enjoy talking and watching movies and yet this is also the perfect space to be able to spread out and do your own thing. Hammocks, dock bench swing, picnic tables, backporch eating and seating. Bring your own fishing pole, kayak, or canoe. Enjoy the waterways or the nearby beaches. More options for outdoor fun are corn hole, five in a row, giant jenga, frisbee toss, spike ball, and paddleball. Let us know if you’d like to use any of these items during your stay.
