This is the second time I have stayed at one of Diane’s places. This is centrally located, easy to find and parking is convenient. The space is small but very well designed to take full advantage of every inch. The high ceilings make it feel much larger. The kitchenette is well stocked and everything from a pot of coffee to a full meal can be made here. The bathroom is modern and equally well stocked with plenty of extras you may need. The bed is extremely comfortable and the linens are good quality. Everything in the space is very clean and kept nicely. I will definitely continue to look for Diane’s properties when I travel to the area.

My stay was 41 nights- not your typical Airbnb reservation! In that month-plus, I ran into Diane and her husband numerous times, and they are such delightful people- so proud of their property, and helpful beyond measure- that it really felt like home. The room is great, with high ceilings and an insanely comfortable bed, off-street parking and a handful of good restaurants within walking distance. Newfane is a gem, and you’re right in heart of it when you stay here. I was there in November and December, not exactly prime time for summer fun, but you’re only a few minutes from Olcott too, and that must be wonderful when it’s not 10° and windy! Overall, this is a great place to spend a night, or forty, and you’ll love every minute of it.
