We came into town for a business conference at the salt palace convention center. The location of this house was great- walkable for sure (when I wasn’t in heels!), close to everything. At some airbnbs I have stayed at the house is minimally stocked with the bare essentials like toilet paper etc, and the kitchen sometimes has cheap, junky kitchen utensils etc. Not the case here. We had everything we needed and everything was in good condition and quality! Nice little touches like plastic baggies in the kitchen, extra blankets, plenty of pillows etc. Jake & David definitely put thought into getting the house ready for guests! I can’t remember if the yard was in photos but I really loved it. Beautiful and had some privacy- we loved sitting out there. Awesome house, very comfortable, great location, and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Jake and David did a beautiful job renovating this 1930’s home. It is elegant and comfortable. Great neighborhood with easy access to downtown Salt Lake City.
