Yan was a great host! She even let us check in a few hours earlier due to our early flight. All rooms and amnesties were as described. Also the free parking was great!

Nice in downtown Hawaii, on a 7-Eleven Store

Hosts communicated well and place presentation was nice. The place is a high rise condo so no windows can open and therefor air conditioning needed to be left on for airflow but the apartment was cold (we did turn up the heat) and there were not enough blankets or bedding provided. So we slept Poorly due to being cold. The host did suggest we buy blankets and could be reimbursed by them but there was nothing open to purchase blankets at 7pm in the area. At the time we booked the apartment was advertised with a washer/ dryer and this was one of the big reasons we booked this place. Upon arrived there were none- the host advised it had been removed prior to our booking due to breakdown. They did reimburse us the laundry cost we were out of pocket. Overall it was fine but given the cost we would choose another place In The future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment on the 22nd floor. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with Seven Eleven, MacDonald's, Ross Dress for Less, and fantastic Chinese restaurants just a stone's throw away. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were definite highlights, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The reception personnel were incredibly attentive and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The apartment itself was clean, with a pleasant aroma welcoming us upon arrival. The only minor suggestion would be to add more drinking glasses and wine glasses for added convenience. Overall, a great place to stay for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 nights and the rooms hot what we need. The building is a bit running down which is kind of typical for hotels in Hawaii. The cohost (Yan) is very nice and has offered us help when there was some issues with the building.
