This was a great find for our family reunion. Aged between 9 months and 73 the whole family (13 of us)enjoyed the peace,comfort and space. The heated pool was the main attraction and trying to get the kids out to go sightseeing was a challenge. Brian’s recommendations for eating places were spot on but the highlight was the private chef Enrico(Let’s mEat) who came along and cooked for us. Not cheap but well worth it and enough food left over to feed us the following day. We all agreed we had a fabulous week. Special mention to Brian’s agent Andy who was very helpful and was there to sort any issues ( we didn’t have any).

Het geheel was zeer goed. Enkele items verdienen meer aandacht: matrasbescherming was niet aanwezig, de druk op het water bij de douches is te zuinig afgesteld, muggengaas over 'alle' ramen, ook benedenverdieping, zou beter bescherming geven tegen muggen. De ligging van het charmante huis is uniek en overschaduwt de minpunten. De service van de host was uitstekend en de tips om in de omgeving bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken waren zeer nuttig.

We had a wonderful 10 days at the Villa with adults, teens and toddler, all who had a fantastic time. The view is out of this world! We got up to see the sunrise everyday which was simply magical. The house is large, well equipped, with comfy beds and mosquito nets on all the windows. The pool is great for swimming, and playing, with a proper deep end, as well as a shallower ledge all the way around which was reassuring for less confident swimmers and a generous shallow end for handstands. We enjoyed outdoor lunches in shade thanks to the arbour and practised yoga outside thanks to the decent wifi. In Petriolo, Bar Centrale is 25 minutes stroll, with another epic view and wonderful coffee and pastries. The beach is an easy 25 min drive away, and we did lots of other sightseeing in amongst all the pool lounging. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Our experience at this property was sensational! We were a group of five friends - but the place would have easily fit another five of us. The house itself is beautiul but the the best part of the properity is the outside and the amazing view of the Marche landscape. Over one week stay we probably spent 80% of our time on the outside, enjoying the beautiful weather and tranquillity, since the closest neightbours were probably around 1km away. Overall, an absolute win!
