Our group was four older "friends for decades" women getting together in person for the first time in many years. We wanted separate bedrooms, enough bathrooms, a good kitchen and big table to sit around, plus cozy couches. Check marks on all these things. The house was right off Route 9 and super convenient for Rhinebeck in one direction and Hyde Park in the other. The host was very responsive - quick and thorough in replies; we never met in person. The house matched the description and pix from Airbnb - no surprises. It was very clean and we had what we needed to have a great weekend. The back porch and yard were very nice, though given our circumstances and the weather, we did not take advantage of them. I would come back here again with a group.

JC has been a model host for my wife and her besties for their pilgrimage to the Rhinebeck Wool Festival. He provides a beautiful home filled with amenities in a beautiful and quiet and comfortable location. In addition he has a wealth of local intel that he happily shares

This house was just what we wanted for our annual siblings get together. The farmhouse setting and character helped my siblings and I enjoy the comforts and pleasures of the Hudson Valley. This house has been modernized sufficiently to ease your stay while at the same time retaining much of the charm of an older, and different, period of history. Our family loved it, and we intend to revisit in the fall of 2024!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect house for two families with young kids/toddlers. The two separate upstairs areas were especially great, and the house came with cribs, kids plates/cups etc, and there was an awesome playroom in the basement. Super private and with an easy drive to Rhinebeck and Kingston, great parks and playgrounds nearby, awesome backyard - all around great location. We’re already talking about bringing our families back!
