Some maintenance needs to be done and there were a few areas that needed cleaning (downstairs toilet, rubbish bin in kitchen was dirty and had rubbish left in there) Lawns needed mowing(mower man turned up the day we were leaving) Had trouble with aircon(we must of picked the hottest weekend to visit) Alice was very helpful and had someone look at it the next morning after we checked in. If this home was kept clean and maintained it is a great place to spend holidays or like us a weekend visit.

Reached property late in the evening and struggled to find the keys in dark. There was no rubbish bin and needed several messages to confirm that. Found live cockroaches in the front room. carpet and walls were with paint marks including couch. Expected it to be much cleaner and good looking based on the photos but in reality it was not. Dishwasher broken in the middle of the run ended up washing our own dishes in the last minute which resulted in rushing check out of the property. Was told to leave the rubbish in the garage but that property did not even have a garage. Overall not really happy.

I enjoyed our stay at Alice's place, the house was homely clean and inviting, the rooms were spacious and had enough beds for my family and even extended family. Alice was so responsive and helpful and pleasant to deal with, I recommend this place to anyone. thanks.
