We rented the apartment for two weeks (in February) and it was worth it. The apartment looks completely the same as on the photos. The views are absolutely insane. The place is super chill, perfect for up to four people. It's got this great mix of cozy vibes and a setup that's perfect for getting some work done. The check-in instructions were clear and the host was very responsive to all questions we had. The location is pretty good: relatively close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets, making life super easy. There are couple of aspects I want to mention in addition: there's no cleaning service when you extend your stay, and guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness themselves; the building is located on a hill and you should be prepared to do some cardio work when you go to the beach and back. That being said, highly recommend this place for a laid-back and memorable stay, especially if you've got a small crew with you!

Left one crisp packet and one cup in the livingroom and reported me to Airbnb over it yet paid for a cleaner. Avoid this place.

Great apartment. Great views of the entirety of benidorm. the place is very spacious and Sergio was a great host. would 100% recommend
