Miss Nilda was very helpful and accommodating. We had a long term stay and we felt like we stayed in one of our family’s home. Her condo is in great location, the room is clean and everything u need and may need is provided. I would def reccomend staying in her place.

Nilda and her husband welcomed us when we arrived. She is also easy to communicate with from booking to check-out. She checked in on us after an earthquake scare during our stay. We stayed for more than 2 weeks here. The place is well-maintained and very homey. Amenities are as listed. Some snacks and toiletries were placed to get us started. The place is in a relatively quiet and safe area. Strategically located near Philippine Heart Center if one needs to be within walking distance of the hospital. Lots of food joints, a grocery store, pharmacies, laundry shops, and wet market near the area. Big malls are 30 minutes away during off-peak hours. Pay parking nearby if arriving by car. Overall, we had a great stay in Nilda's place. Great value for money.

My sisters in laws enjoyed staying at Nildas place clean and comfortable within walking distance to hospitals. It offers a skyline view of the city and surroundings.. Nilda is a responsive host.. check-in was very smooth .

It’s near sa PHC, which is the main reason why we booked this condo. Great location, and responsive yung host. If you’re looking for a place that’s near sa Philippine Heart Center, this is a great place to stay 😊
