The stylish new appartement is located in the French District of Vienna, very central! The 2 room flat is cosy & peaceful, suitable for tourists or business travellers. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a large built-in closet & a living room with a comfy sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with Siemens machines including kettle, Nespresso & other machines. The luxurious bathroom is very spacious with a designer bath & the flat offers a nice separate hallway with storage. The stylist top renovated and furnised home provides everything you need in high quality. The whole building is freshly renovated, with elevator. A home in Vienna with competable price with a comfort of a hotel suit. Centrally locates but absolutely quiet. High quality doors and windows ensure your privacy. Locates in one of the noble districts of Vienna, restaurants, cafes, ice-cream shops, gym, spar gourmet and… just around the corner. Bus 40A takes you to the center just in 6 minutes or tramway 37 & 38 in 7 minutes. Tramway 5 takes 20 minutes to go to Prater, and to U4 underground station in 3 minutes.

无可挑剔的好房子。房间宽敞明亮，浴室还有浴缸。环境安静而安全，沙发床休息也很舒服。我和朋友在附近的blueorange也享受了非常好的早餐。唯一的小缺点是房间内有点冷，早上起来有点容易感冒。

L'appartement de Laura est vraiment très agréable. Très bien tenu et très propre, très fonctionnel. Une petite "french touch" dans la déco. Son emplacement dans une rue calme tout en étant proche des commerces et des transports en commun sont appréciables. Bravo ! Adresse à recommander.

Apartamento muito bem cuidado, com instruções claras, bem limpo e muito bem equipado. O único defeito foi o cheiro de peixe que era MUITO FORTE!! De resto foi tudo muito bom!!

L’appartement est très bien situé avec un nombre important de tram, bus, ligne de métro ; vous pouvez aller dans n’importe quelle direction très facilement. Nous avons pris un abonnement pour 7 jours avec l’application Wienmobil. Facile aussi d’y arriver de l’aéroport avec le train S7 et le tram. Propre et très calme, nous l’avons apprécie tout particulièrement. Le supermarché est juste à côté et il y a d’autres commerces aussi. On peut laver le linge à 500 mètres dans une laverie rapide. L’appartement est parfait pour visiter Vienne.

Die Unterkunft war modern& sauber. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden& es war sehr ruhig

The first district of Vienna is about 10-15 minutes walk, by bus No. 40A 3 stops and 6 minutes.
