You are going to love our location After you park your cars in our PRIVATE ENCLOSED GARAGE, you can just relax because EVERYTHING is an easy walk away! Football stadium is a half mile walk. And within 300 yards are 26 restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, beer & liquor store, bakery, and all 5 Points shops. Two bedrooms each with full bath, plus large master bedroom has an additional sofa bed The living room couch is also a sofa bed. Sleeps seven total. Full kitchen, office, and porch. Originally built from Oconee River stone in 1915, the historic Stonehouse and garden is a quiet "pocket park" and bird sanctuary in the heart of 5 Points. Shyra and Wallace welcome you to our home.

The property was clean and in a great location. The master bedroom furniture did not match the photos online. For the price being charged ($1500/night including all fees), I expect updated linens and non-plastic dishes for guests to use.
Great location. Nice size house. Car garage can fit 2 cars, which was nice. Very communicative host. Lots of nice features added to make us feel welcome. Had a great weekend.

Great location in 5 points. Walk everywhere! Wally was extremely easy to communicate with :)
This home is more spacious than the pictures depict and the location is GREAT for anyone doing anything at UGA. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, football stadium and campus. Also, extremely quiet at night even with some younger college kids nearby!

Shyra and Wally are newlyweds. - and we have quite a story. Shyra was Wally's supervisor in the Philippines for years and they decided to actually meet. We booked an AirBnB in in Curridabat, Costa Rica to spend time together. Well ... we got engaged! Then 3 1/2 heartbreaking years of the long visa process delayed by Covid and, finally, Shyra arrived here in August, 2022. We are now so happy to be together and married - and AirBnB co-hosts!
