House was beautiful and clean. My kids loved it. They even want me to buy it. It was worth the money. Very responsive when needed. Highly recommended

The home was beautiful, exactly as pictured. The location was great for our needs. There is A Lot of new construction surrounding the home, so it does get loud, very early. Shower water heat is limited to a 5 to 7 minute shower, we took one shower in the morning & then waited until the night to shower again & had the same problem again. We got out of the shower with cold water & goosebumps. We contacted the host thinking we were doing something wrong & after more then 4 hours we received a response stating the water heater was normal for the size of the house & that we should take more time between showers!???? Not helpful & definitely not a home to comfortably shower in, it was a test of speed to hurry and clean and shave & try to get out before you froze. Very disappointed as we wanted to love this location for our trips to Yuma 😞

It was more than what I expected. The house was super clean, it smelled beautifully, the area was so peaceful, the host was responsive and it was worth every penny I paid for. Will definitely use this host next time I am in town.

Beautiful house, however I would only recommend it for short stays because it is missing essentials you would need for a long term stay.
