this apartment is perfect for either short term or long term stays; it is very clean, private, comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen; it offers a great view of the city skyline; the building is quiet and has a nice pool and a large gym. The location is great, right in El Cangrejo area with lots of choices for restaurants; it is also just a 5-10 minute walk to the subway station, and to several large supermarkets (Super Xtra, Super 99, PriceSmart and RibaSmith). Manuel and Genesis are friendly and welcoming, and responded very quickly to my questions. I highly recommend this apartment.

Good location, walkable area and close to metro station. Building is modern, clean and well maintained. Condo itself clean and modern, the kitchen could be better equipped for long stays such as ours but everything thing we asked for was provided. We would also have liked more comfortable balcony seating but what was provided was fine. Manuel is very responsive to our messages and Genesis wonderful & helpful.

we spent one month in Manuel's house and we felt like being at home. Nice neighborhood and walkable distance to main places. The house was clean and very pretty with beautiful view of the city. Host is friendly and very responsive.
