Su Fern was proactive about providing directions and instructions. Unit was very clean and I could tell there was some effort made for guests. Felt secure and safe. Downfalls are that the beds, pillows and sofa were lumpy and uncomfortable and could definitely use a refresh. It was smart to have to power shut down whenever we left the unit (like a hotel) however it also meant that the fridge was shut down when we went out and that was not good for whatever we stored in the fridge. I'm not a fan of the toilet/bathroom being wet after a shower but I understand that is how the unit has been designed. The unit was branded as being cosy which I think is misleading as it had the bare minimum in terms of furniture and was not plush and comfortable. It was clean though and that we appreciated very much.

Listing is clean and located with peaceful surroundings. Great place to be if you're looking to escape from the city Location is great and near to popular food areas such as Bandar Mahkota Cheras and Cheras Traders Square
