Kerri and her cottages are the bomb. The place/space: Floor plans, style, condition and functionality are even better in person than they appear in the pics. Having two separate family rooms in addition to two separate outdoor living spaces with TV's and fireplaces offered great flexibility for our group to spread out. Beds, linens, bathrooms, kitchen and appliances were all top notch. If the property is a 10, then as a host Kerri is an 11. Communication was quick and insightful. She offered a ton of information on local vendors, was super helpful and made our stay as pleasant and convenient as I could have possibly imagined. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This rental has beautiful surroundings and the home is gorgeous and has plenty of room and amenities. Can wait to return for another getaway. The host is super friendly and always available.

Kerri's place was stunning! Breathtaking at every turn. The decor was beautiful and we felt right at home. She had many recommendations and was beyond helpful from the time we booked until we checked out. Prompt responses and very easy to communicate with. All of us girls loved it! The only thing that was disappointing and was DEFINITELY not Kerri's nor the location of the house's fault whatsoever, but wanted to make sure others knew before relying on local restaurants. If the restaurants get too busy in the area they do not allow for carry out orders. So Friday night we had to snack on what we brought, just would suggest bringing some kind of meal in case you get in a pinch. The location to the lake and pool couldn't be beat. Just a short walk to the house. Overall, we loved every minute of our getaway to celebrate our Bride to be!

This place was awesome. The decorations are stunning. The pool’s temperature was PERFECT, but it should be noted it is shared with the three other cottages nearby, and the noise is easily heard from your porch. That would not keep us from rebooking, tho, as everyone took turns, and you can’t beat the location! There was tons to do, like boating to the Ritz Carlton for lunch. Jetski rentals were so fun and so great to have the private dock. The couches are comfortable and there’s all sorts of streaming options. The beds are very comfortable; however, if you like firm pillows bring one. There are not blackout curtains in the bedrooms, so if you have light sensitivity bring an eye mask as there are sky lights in the master and exterior lights that can’t be turned off. We loved the porches and fireplaces with TVS and spent alot of time sippin’ coffee and playing cards the host graciously provided. We highly recommend staying here!
