Was a great place for my family and I for our stay in Sarasota. The place was just as advertised and we would definitely stay there again. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our short time there.

We were very impressed when we arrived. It looked exactly like the pictures, in a very quiet area and an easy 10-15 minute drive to Lido Beach. The host and co host were very responsive to our messages. Everything was clean. There were clear instructions on how to check in and check out. They also had a helpful book about activities to do in the area. All the kitchen utensils and silverware were clean and organized. The hosts included coffee, tea, and sugar to use; as well as cooking supplies. The bedrooms were wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space for storage. The bathroom was clean. They included body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I definitely recommend this stay!

JoJo’s place was fantastic. Close to downtown Sarasota but in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. JoJo was very responsive with the one issue we had (I didn’t know how to use the keypad lock) even though it was late at night when we arrived. Wonderful host. Will definitely plan to stay here again for my next trip to Sarasota- way more comfortable than a hotel.

Great accommodations close to airport, Orioles spring training and multiple great dining options. Public supermarket practically around the corner to get what we wanted to have on hand. JoJo was a great host, very responsive. We had a lovely visit.

We only stayed for a night, but this spot was clean and comfortable :) would come back!
