This was perfect for our needs of traveling with pets. The view and area where perfect for our quiet get away. Was very easy getting to town for what we needed. We would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Darren's place. It was very secluded and private. We enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the creek. The showers each had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The PM provided us with a crock pot so we could cook and enjoy chili on a cooler night. It was too cold for us Floridian's with thin blood to sleep outside, but I can see the appeal during the beautiful summers. I would recommend taking a screenshot of how to work the lock before arriving since there is no cell service to pull up the instructions. I would definitely love to return in the summer to enjoy fishing in the creek and swimming. We were able to have a fire in the firepit and cooked s'mores. The kids LOVED the spiral staircase. It is a little difficult to get luggage upstairs, but we had tall people that were able to hand over the banister. The upstairs bathroom is a little small, so not very good for tall people, but perfect for the kiddos. The locations was icing on the cake. Beautiful views and drive.

We loved staying at the “beach house!” Everything was so relaxing and calm. We wished it was warmer so we could stay in the porch bedroom! We LOVED the new deck to the hot tub and fenced in yard for our doggo (and all the provided poop bags!) We lucked out that there was an indoor guest room on the first floor, because as it turns out our dog is afraid of spiral staircases (and honestly, probably me too after a couple glasses of wine in the hot tub!) The kitchen was perfect, we loved the outdoor living room and all the screened-in porches. We were able to see the stars from the hot tub, and our dog loved running on the sandy beach by the stream. We’re already trying to figure out when we can come back!
