This is a wonderful cottage near the beach! I would stay here again :) The host was super responsive and helpful, great location, and the place had almost everything you would need for a getaway. (Bring extra toilet paper!) Only bummers were I thought we were getting the whole cottage as listed and a gas grill. There was definitely someone upstairs. Also, the deck pictured was not part of our “bottom floor” and I felt weird going up to the deck while someone else was there. There was no view of the beach or sunset as pictured in the listing, unless you’re upstairs (where the other people were). The host got us a mini charcoal grill (not sure what happened with the gas grill) and it got the job done. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend based on the great host and location!
Great spot for a last minute mothers day get away! The space was clean and convenient. Appreciated the extra beach towels, and was surprised to find the hidden cleaning/sink room behind the kitchen. Slightly surprised that the unit didn't have a Keurig (brought K cups with us), so we were grateful to find ground coffee and filters for the coffee pot. We enjoyed the view from the upper deck, and appreciated the lawn chairs so we could sit and enjoy the view and sunshine. We would defiantly stay again.
Great quiet and private cottage perfect for a family getaway. Beds were comfy and lots of towels were provided as well as some beach chairs, toys and clamming gear which was great! Beach access is within walking distance.
This was a nice place to stay. The heater in the kids room was broken and the main source of heat for the home is a gas burning stove which was a little scary with out little ones there was nothing surrounding it so we had to spend a lot of our time making sure they didn't get burn or just deal with being a little cold. There also was only one pot to cook out of and only tiny spoons to use. Regardless of these issues it was a nice home and a reasonable price for what you get.
