We liked Vuemont and its facilities - the grounds and pools. The position is good; above Speightstown as it’s easy to reach everywhere. The villa was very clean and we liked the layout and the plunge pool on the deck. The villa was reasonably well equipped on the whole with comfortable furniture and a washing machine and tumble drier. Thank you for the welcome pack - much appreciated. We had some issues with maintenance whilst we were there. Jeanne did her best to sort these things out. The television didn’t work, the iron was broken (but a new one was supplied). The kitchen cupboards had their finish flaking off (the agent brought someone round to look at this whilst we were there). The deck had broken planks which were patched with plywood. The fridge freezer broke a few days before we departed. Apologies were given but it wasn’t fixed. It was the Easter Bank Holiday and we appreciate the difficulties this would cause.

Thank you Joel for a wonderful stay at your lovely home in Vuemont, St. Peters Parish. Everything was perfect. Jeanne is a delightful, responsible, helpful house manager, and Glen who is on her staff is a great . We loved the location, home with a plunge pool, and the community amenities of swimming pools, and gardens, with amazing views at every turn, the peace and quiet, the abundant flowers, trees, and gentle breezes. We had a great stay at Joel's villa. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous welcome package awaiting us. The villa was very clean and well equipped with lots of towels, good quality dishes and pots and pans , comfortable furniture, and pretty much everything you need to get started on your holiday. Our mornings always began on the back patio with our coffee enjoying the birds and lush vegetation and the occasional monkey passing through. Jeanne, the property manager, was terrific and very quick to handle any questions or concerns that came up. As Vuemont is a gated community, we always felt very safe there and the Barbadian people are some of the friendliest we have come across in our travels. We enjoyed our stay so much that we look forward to going back next year.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Vuemont. The community felt safe and it is a short drive to great beaches. We spent most afternoons relaxing on the deck and in the plunge pool. There were a couple of maintenance items that Jeanne addressed promptly. Overall a great vacation and we would love to stay at Joel’s villa again in the future.
