This cabin was the perfect retreat for a work-cation! Renovated yet retro for a cozy, nostalgic feel. Host was super friendly and helpful. View of the lake was so relaxing AND you can hear LOONS! The water is shallow, perfect for kiddos. There is an amazing place down the road called Schindys serving super unique pizza and craft cocktails. Just book it already! 😍

Loved this place! Beds were comfortable. Loved the view. The updated shower and strong water pressure was awesome! I would stay here again.

Thank you Kyle & Jake for a perfect stay. I booked this at the last minute and had minimal expectations but they surpassed all of them and more. Diamond Lake was a beautiful place to spend the weekend. The cottage had all of the things needed as if I was at home! I will be back again!

The property was beautiful, with the back door give or take 20ft from the lake. Check in was very smooth, and the hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. We requested life jackets, and within a few minutes they had been placed at our door! I loved the space, however my only gripe was that it was crawling with bugs. Being on a lake, I expected maybe one or two mosquitos/flies would inevitably make their way inside. However, there were tons of spiders, ants coming into the kitchen through a hole in the exterior wall (we did not leave any food out), and on the second night we were there, we had to switch bedrooms (thankful that was an option) due to hundreds of tiny gnats deciding to set up camp ON the bed. I am not sure how the cabin got as “buggy” as it did, as we were very careful about turning off lights at night, closing doors quickly when entering/exiting, etc.
