Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 170 square meter apartment in exceptionally green and quiet area of Rīga. Apartment has large, well equipped outdoor terrace, great for outdoor dinners during summer. There is also indoor winter garden/ terrace with large windows for indoor dining experience during autumn and winter months. Living room has fireplace and wonderful audio equipment to enjoy your evening with glass of wine. Large well equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. Condo is sometimes used as second residence by the owners. All items, materials and design are carefully selected, many items are brought from different travels giving the place a unique vibe. Apartment has real oak floors, large wooden widows, outdoor and indoor terraces, garden and many other ameneties. Living room has different pieces of audio equipment including Vinyl Player and Vinyl Records.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit Diana war vom Anfang weg einfach und schnell. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Die Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt bot Ruhe, aber war trotzdem gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Empfehlen Diana und ihre Wohnung absolut weiter!

Everything met and exceeded our expectations. Host was very responsive and provided with all necessary utensils, bathing and kitchen supplies. It felt as home straight away. House had everything we needed, the place was peaceful and private. The only thing we missed was water dispenser, though tap water is also drinkable. Certainly would stay again.

The stay was absolutely brilliant! The owner went above and beyond with what she provides for her guests - from the basics to spare toothbrushes, body butter and other hygiene products. The place had amazing atmosphere and the feeling you get just vibing at the terrace at 1 am is amazing. Definitely a place that makes you feel like home! Me and my friends are bookmarking it for the next time we visit Riga. <3

Area is very green and quite with lovely small city vibe, but very close to one of the main streets (Brīvības street) with different public transport options.
Nearby the house you can find Lielie kapi, equivalent of Père-Lachaise cemetery in Paris where a lot of historically important people of Riga and Latvia found their final resting place. During Soviet Union occupation, unfortunately, many resting places were completely or partially destroyed, for ideological reasons it was decided to transform this cemetery into park. Some remnants of past splendidness of the cemetery still stand including the church. This area is wonderful for morning and evening runs.
Location is approximately 25 – 45 minutes walking distance from the Centre and Old Town. Several public transport options available in the area nearby. Bolt is a great option as well. The most hipster place in Riga, Miera Street is nearby as well with many unique shops of local designers, cafés and restaurants.

There is one parking lot available on property, area is fully fenced. Remote control for entering the property area for parking will be provided by the host. Other options for getting around are public transport on Brīvības Street (tram, bus and trolleybus), you can also use Bolt app (Uber type of service). You can also easily walk to the Center and Old Town.
