This completely restored 4 bedroom modern A-Frame home in the Village of Pinehurst is located by Pinehurst No. 3 & 5 golf courses and is walkable to the US Open hosting tents. ***Virtual Tour Note: Home has a newly renovated 4th bedroom to include two single beds, reading nook and added privacy. All information and pictures are accurate. Video tour is not. This home is equipped with every amenity and convenience where you and your guests can enjoy a cocktail, host a dinner, or a nibble on a charcuterie board featuring local cheeses, bread-dipping oils and balsamic vinegars on our huge deck. Sink into our extra large sectional perfect for naps or watching the Masters comfortably. Beautiful home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood surrounded by local pines. (Yet)…Close enough to get to where the shops, food and courses are though. If we go back in a few years, I would do it here again. Great set up for 8 people and a great host, made for a memorable week. Thank you. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing! The pictures are amazing. me and my family would definitely visit again. the beds were extremely comfortable, the patio was a breath of fresh air. the kitchen had all the supplies that were needed and the host was great at responding

The place was perfect for a group of 9 women. It was spacious and had all the amenities you could ever need. We really enjoyed the house and hope to go back again soon. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

We are so excited to host you and your group! Pinehurst is a unique residential, resort community where full-time residents and vacation guests live together. While we are thrilled you are vacationing with us, the surrounding neighbors may be full time residents and are entitled to enjoy the peace and quiet of their own home. Below highlight’s some important policies all guests must follow. Sandhills Rentals take pride in making sure everyone has a “Perfect day in Pinehurst”.
Note that this is a short-term vacation rental home. The vacation home is limited to residential; vacation use only.
• House Parties, Amplified Music and Excessive Noise are not permitted at any of our properties at any time.
• Total occupancy in properties may not exceed the maximum number of occupants allowed as shown under property details and guest confirmation.

• *Overcrowding or misrepresentation is grounds for immediate eviction without refund*
• Only the number of persons specified on the confirmation will be permitted to use accommodations.
• No more than double persons beyond the occupancy limit allowed at the premises daily without the expressed written authorization from Sandhills Rentals.
• Guest and all members of Guest’s party must be sufficiently quiet as to not disturb other guests or property owners. The noise ordinance (10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) is strictly enforced by the Village of Pinehurst police.
• Tents, trailers, and recreation vehicles (RV’s) are not allowed permitted on the property or in streets. All trailers or RV’s must be parked in a public parking lot, outside of the Village of Pinehurst.
• Parking of Guest Cars are only permitted in designated parking spaces. Maximum number of parking spaces is under individual property details. No Parking on the lawn at any time.
• Vacation homes designated trash day is listed on check in information. Please be sure to put trash out night prior, no earlier than 7pm. All trash must be returned to original spot no later than 5pm, on trash day.
Guest understands that violations of any policies listed above can result in additional charges, loss of deposit and possible immediate eviction. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact management.
