Me and my friends were a bit apprehensive as this was our first time booking an Air Bnb stay but I’m glad to say we weren’t disappointed. Nitin was very helpful and stayed in touch constantly from check in on first day till check out on last day. There are certain aspects of the stay that I’d like to speak about in detail : 1. Location : The stay is located close by from Calangute beach. It has a string of restaurants nearby (including Pizza Hut). There is a bus stop opposite to the stay which is a big + point. You can easily get rental two wheelers from nearby 2. Amenities: Kitchen was satisfactory and had all the mentioned items including fridge, utensils, spices & salt. Washing machine also worked. 3. Cleanliness : Neat and clean. 4. Host : Friendly and constantly remained in touch to provide suggestions or was responsive in case of any difficulties. 5. Place looks exactly how it does in pictures. 10/10 Will recommend if you want your moneys worth. Thanks Nitin!

overall good for price but it's on 3rd floor, difficult for old person to climb without lift the building is currently under renovation lots of noise and dust outside the room , looks like a construction site can fit 6 people easily if there was a in lobby it would have been better but the ac in rooms are good

Staying at Nitin Accommodation was a stroke of luck. Its prime location, just minutes away from the beach and surrounded by the main market, offered dual benefits. We spent mornings and evenings on the beach during our five-day stay, and convenience stores and restaurants were easily accessible. Nitin's constant readiness to assist made us feel at home. Our holiday at Nitin's place was truly enjoyable.

Nitin is a wonderful host. From the very first day of my booking he shared everything with me which is required during my stay. The room is exactly the same showing in the pictures. He is very responsive. I received almost instant reply when ever I messaged him. He helped me a lot during my ste. I can say without his support my stay was incomplete.
