Enjoy your stay in Málaga in this recently designed in a contemporary style aesthetic one-bedroom apartment with a community swimming pool! The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed which allows us to welcome up to 4 people. It's located on the ground floor, and there is not much daylight, which creates a cozy relaxing ambiance. Attention: There is a construction project going on on the street in front of the apartment that may create daytime noise. The bedroom is internal and compact with a comfortable mattress and many mirrors. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, oven, cutting boards, set of knives, plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils, glasses/plates, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a dining table and a bar with high chairs. There is an AC in each room, a smart TV, and fiber optics 5G in the apartment.

Het kantoor zelf was in eerste instantie moeilijk te vinden. We hebben veel problemen gehad met het slot dat niet opende omdat die allemaal online technologische sleutels zijn. Het appartement heeft maar 1 raam helaas, dus bijna nooit licht in het appartement. Ook heeft het veel onderhoud nodig. Het raam in de badkamer was helemaal kapot en dichtgeplakt, gaf niet meteen een veilig gevoel. Het is simpel maar mooi ingericht. Tv kanalen werkten niet, enkel Netflix en andere netwerken. De muren zijn toe aan onderhoud, ze zijn helemaal niet afgewerkt. Ook het bed is klein, ik ben 1m67 en kwam met mijn voeten bijna aan de rand. Het bed ligt in de opening van de kamer waardoor je bijna niet normaal uit de kamer kan stappen. Veel dingen hingen los in de badkamer of andere dingen waren beschadigd. Voor die prijs konden we wel niet klagen, de host is ook enorm lief. Ze reageerden meestal snel, behalve als we toevallig een noodgeval hadden. Wij zouden hier niet opnieuw verblijven, maar toch danku
Buena ubicación, parking cerca del alojamiento aunque por las noches un poco de ruido en el momento que pasaba gente por la misma calle. Por lo demas, el apartamento es tal y como se describe, todo muy bien.
Amazing flat, good location - near center of Malaga. Apartment was clean, fully furnished. It is located on ground flour. We didnt miss anything there. We came to Malaga earlier in the morning and there was possibility to store our luggage before check in

Indeed, you are 5 minutes walk from the main street Calle Larios, 2 minutes walk from la Plaza de la Merced and about 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta.
You can get to the apartment building by car or taxi. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away. The main train and bus station is 30 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 20-30 min.
