Jacob was very proactive in relaying information to us for our check in. The cleaner required some extra time to finish up after the previous guests and we knew right away about the potential delay andand it wasn't a big deal as we were at the hockey rink anyway. His communication was great throughout our stay and everything was great with his rental. We had zero complaints or issues and will be renting from him again.

Our family was here for 3 days for a hockey tournament. The location was central to all rinks and close to restaurants for meals after games. The host was very responsive. Responded almost instantly any time they were needed. Would definitely stay there again 👍

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient for our time in Moncton and the accommodations were exactly as advertised. It was spacious and very nice for being a basement. Jacob was very quick to respond to my questions. We had to add an extra day to our stay and that was no problem. This place is an excellent value for your money.
