I have stayed before and would stay again. The quarters are comfortable, quiet, clean and well provided for. Although Wayne doesn't offer breakfast, there is a fridge and microwave as well as a good range of snacks and hot beverages. Very conveniently located for the M1. I didn't see Wayne on this occasion but his communication is always prompt and helpful.

What an amazing find! Stayed here for an event in Rugby and it was just perfect with everything you could want. Really appreciated the drinks and snacks available - a lovely and welcome touch. Even had a full length mirror which is often absent in this type of accommodation. Couldn’t fault it! We will definitely stay again for the next event we have in this area. A huge thank you to Wayne - great host.

Wayne was a great host, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast croissant, muffins, tea, coffee and milk was in plentiful supply. Which was a welcome addition. Beautiful clean room. We can definitely a stay here.

Wayne's place was so lovely that we stayed twice! We stopped on the way South and found it such a peaceful & immaculately kept room that we made a D tour on the way home especially to stay again. Wayne is really accommodating and the rooms were fabulously equipped. There were many thoughtful touches including breakfast snacks & a range of tea choices etc. Wayne even offered us plates etc so that we could warm up food in the microwave as we arrived late on the first visit. We will be recommending this place to family and friends for sure!
