We were a group of 8 friends traveling from NYC, we could not have had a nicer stay at this home. The views of the canal, the pool, the beautifully maintained interior, very descriptive recommendations. This would be a great place for a family or large group of friends willing to share beds. When we return we’d love to stay again.

The photos of this place did not do it any justice! The house was beautiful and very clean. The area felt very safe. There’s a market right around the corner to walk to. It was about a 10-15 min drive to the downtown area. I would book again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Exactly as described and pictured. This home is expansive and had plenty of room and privacy for 6 adults. We cooked in and dined out. In a great area to bike and walk or just enjoy the outside area on the canal. Comfortable beds. Will definitely book again.

We have stayed in TCI before, but at resorts. We found this AirBNB property and couldn't pass it up to try and stay at TCI in a different way. Pleased in **almost** everyway. The **almost** had nothing to do with the rental, but the prices of everything in TCI is quite high (food, restaurants, bars, clubs, excursion activites, etc.)....was planning for that, but was quite surprised to see how high things really were! Communication with Gary was amazing....extremely responsive and proactive. No question went in delay or unanswered. Just be prepared to communicate only via What'sApp...common for outside the US, but not uncommon for those used to it and not checking What'sApp consistently. The location is VERY safe, well kept, immaculate condition, and had everything we wanted. A perfect place to relax with your loved ones...and slow down to the TCI pace! High Recommend!

Thus house is fantastic. Beautiful in every sense of the word. The location was on a private street in a gated community, just a short drive to great restaurants and the market. Close by was Sunset Beach where we spent most of our quite afternoons. The pictures and descriptions are all very accurate. My family loved our time in this house and would look forward to coming back. Thanks for a terrific 10 day vacation.
