Very functional apartment. Had everything needed for a family of 4. Good building complex. Good safety in premises. Good view from apartment. Host was proactive and gave clear instructions. Was also very responsive when needed. All god restaurants deliver here

Sushant is one of the best host we have come across in bnb community. He is responsive. I would recommend the place not only because of property but because of good hosting and proactive communication.

Fairly decent place for a long stay. For restaurant etc is decently located if one has a car. Pros: Less noisy place Apartment is easily accessible Has a nice open views Very breezy through the day Washing Machine is available - useful for long stay Kitchen is decently equipped Internet is good - never an issue Cons: Need to have a regular househelp for cleaning (especially for a long stay) Needs a microwave Suggestible to have a dishwasher Access road (last 8-10 mins) is twisty turny and not well done The lobby space of the apartment building is always stinky (nothing that the owner can do anything about I guess) Mobile network is slightly patchy in some corners (Airtel/Jio) but is not a major concern

Aditya is a very responsive and proactive host. The two drawbacks were that one there was no AC in one of the bedroom and the living room and two the access road to the location is yet to be developed. Other than that the view from the house is beautiful and the house is well equipped. Overall it was a good stay. I recommend it.
