Fijne Europarcs locatie bovenop de Gulperberg! Erg leuk met kinderen. Huisjes zijn sober, maar voldoen.

Overall, our experience was GREAT but with 1 issue. The A/C was not blowing cold air so we reported it after a couple of hours (had windows open). The maintenance worker told me that this was normal and recommended closing all windows and letting the A/C run over night (A/C was set to 17C but temp was 30+C in the unit). We attempted to do that but by 23:00 we couldn’t stand the heat so we opened all the windows to try and sleep (A/C still not blowing cold). We reported the issue the next day and was offered the chance to move to a new unit or get a portable A/C. We chose to move and the new unit had a perfect A/C that cooled the unit immediately. Normally this wouldn’t be too much of an issue but the temperature outside was 30+C over the weekend and it was HOT. The resort was very apologetic but I feel like it took too long to validate our issue enough to offer alternatives like moving or a portable A/C. It was a great experience overall, with just this 1 issue. We would go again!

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Hele mooie omgeving met uitzicht op de heuvels van Limburg. Mijn dochter vond de animatie heel erg leuk, allemaal leuke paasactiviteiten en hele leuke meiden. Lekkere broodjes in de ochtend en een gezellig restaurant. Wij hopen nog een keer terug te komen.
