The host responds promptly and is very helpful. The place is great and is near tourist spots but not too near where you feel like it's crowded. So it's a perfect place for our family. Thank you so much! Kudos as well to the hassle-free check-in.

Had a fun stay for 2 nights at Kristine’s place. Needed to book this listing last minute due to some issues with our first place. Very accommodating, given that we were checking in abruptly the same day. Ate Carla was nice enough to welcome us. Though listing needs a few more dusting, sweeping and cleaning. But since we just decided to check-in the same day, maybe Ate Carla doesn’t have enough time to clean. Heater on the other bathroom is not working. Nonetheless, we loved the place.

Kristine was kind enough to accommodate our request of early check in as we arrived in Baguio earlier than expected. The place was exactly how it was described. Lots of space to move around and accommodate large groups. The kitchen is well equipped too. The only problem was the limited parking space but the caretaker and the staff from the laundry area downstairs helped us all throughout. Nonetheless still a nice place to at for a reasonable price.
