Its quite fomfortable location regarding the supermarket just few minutes by foot from the building where the apartment is located, bsnkomat nearby, there quite some choice of the restaurants to go in the areas around, the beach, small beach there is jusr around 3-5 minutes by foot from the building, while bigger and quite famous long beach, public beach it would be smthg around 6-8 min drive with the car; Famagusta city around 20 minutes drive by the car
