After booking the place we didn’t receive check in instructions from host until we asked for it while on our way to the place. Host was busy with festivities at her place and slow in response. It was difficult to locate the place as there was no board or even house number displayed outside the property and basic details were missing to reach the place properly. Took us 15 mins to drive around and finally after we sent pic of possible house host confirmed her place and we were able to reach. WiFi wasn’t working at all and fridge had no cooling, due to hot weather we needed fridge and Wifi as well. Host was slow to respond and told us that she wasn’t aware of these problems. We asked to cancel the booking. With help of host and AirBNB we quickly got confirmation that we will get full refund. This place is good if everything works. It’s in residential area slightly far from city centre.
