The loft is small and cozy. Well equipped with everything I might need for my stay. The bed and desk/working area were very comfortable. I did have a hard time with the temperature of the room. Given the location of the loft (facing the street) it received direct sunlight for many hours in the day (which I love!), but made the room extremely warm. Additionally, the loft has no cross-ventilation. One side of the room (kitchen, dining area and sofa + TV area) had no windows which made it impossible to be in that room for more than a few minutes. Even with the two floor fans that were provided. I would recommend this place for a short stay or a longer stay in a much cooler climate. Also - make sure to plan your laundry day ahead because it’s hard to find a washing machine available to use on short notice!

The apartment was enough for us during our stay. The location was great, the bed was large and comfortable, and one factor that was important to us was that it was quiet at night. (We stayed there on weekdays.) The furnishings, supplies, and kitchen items were all very minimal, lower-quality, and not in the best condition, but generally sufficient. It felt more like staying in a hostel with a few added benefits like a kitchenette. Note on laundry: We had them wash our laundry for us $65 pesos, because using the washing machine yourself requires that you bring your own cleaning products. They are available from 8am - 7:30pm. I never corresponded with Sabrina (only auto-generated messages), but their attendant Miriam was nice and accommodating.

Todo estuvo Perfecto! Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y te sientes seguro a todas horas! Todo muy limpio y la atención fue muy buena por parte de las anfitrionas. Sin dudas volvería!! 10/10.

Sabrina’s place was perfect for us. It was centrally located for walking to many places, especially restaurants, cafes, and a great panadería, Banetto! The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had a very nice shower. Communication with Sabrina and co host Miriam was very efficient. We arrived earlier than expected and someone was there to let us in. When we left, we were able to leave our luggage there before leaving for our evening flight. The place was very clean when we arrived. A coffee maker in the room with a container of coffee to make our own brew was especially appreciated. This is a fantastic place, especially for the price!
